The weather held up long enough on Sunday for Bubba Watson to come from behind and win the Travelers Championship over Paul Casey to claim his third victory there. But it didn’t take long after for showers and thunderstorms to move into the state with copious rainfall that accumulated one and two inches in some towns. The rain was welcome for lawns and gardens following Saturday’s minuscule accumulation. The first few days this week will feature varying amounts of sunshine, seasonable temperatures and comfortable humidity.
