Going on a cruise? You may wish to consider a pre-cruise hotel or resort stay near the port. Benefits include an automatic extension of your vacation (with opportunities to take in attractions near the port, such as the Kennedy Space Center near Port Canaveral), a short and probably less-stressed commute to the port on your actual sail date, and specials offered by lodging properties near the ports.

Here are some hotels that have specials near some Florida ports. Check each property’s website for full terms and conditions.

Valid until April 1, the offer includes daily breakfast for two at Isabela’s Restaurant, a $25 credit (credit will be applied upon checkout to be applied towards transportation to or from the Port) and late checkout (based on availability). Promotional code is QZR. Call 1-800-228-9290. Black Outs/Limitations: This offer must be reserved at least three days prior to arrival date. Valid seven days a week through April 1, 2015.
