A Wrigleyville hotel is giving new meaning to all-inclusive New Year’s Eve packages.

The whole Wheelhouse Hotel is up for grabs on Dec. 31, should a deep-pocketed person want to take over the boutique property and throw a bash for up to 65 guests.

The Extravagant New Year’s Eve Affair package covers dinner, cocktails, a Champagne toast at midnight on the rooftop and overnight accommodations for all revelers at the 21-room hotel.

It also includes parking as well as a much more unusual NYE package perk: complimentary shaves for men wanting to ring in 2019 with a fresh look.

All of this can be yours for a cool $35,000, roughly the same price as a BMW 2-Series or a year’s tuition at the University of Illinois law school.

Choose your guest list wisely: This shindig works out to about $530 per person.

The party host would coordinate with the chef at the hotel’s adjacent restaurant, Union Full Board, to customize the New Year’s Eve dinner menu. Craft cocktails would be provided by the downstairs speakeasy, Tinker to Evers — one of the many baseball references found in this relatively new player in the city’s hotel scene.

Chicago-based Bedderman Lodging opened the four-story greystone late last summer at 3475 N. Clark St.

The hotel lobby features a vintage green scoreboard and an art installation made up of hundreds of Louisville Slugger bats.

No two guestrooms look exactly alike, although all of their minibars are stocked with Big League Chew bubble gum and Baby Ruth bars, among other treats. Some have four bunk beds, others have a king bed and a sofa. Half a dozen rooms have balconies.

The countdown is on for folks interested in reserving the the New Year’s Eve package; the offer is good until Dec. 15. Ballers wanting to book it should call the hotel at 773-248-9001.
