♦The Indianapolis Zoo will have some tiny critters on view March 16 to Sept. 3 during the Butterfly Kaleidoscope, which returns after a yearlong hiatus. More than 30 species of butterflies and moths will flit about the Hilbert Conservatory, with newly hatched beauties being released each day. http://tinyurl.com/jz8jl2x

♦Fans of amateur wrestling will want to head to Iowa City, Iowa, April 7-8 for the UWW Senior Men’s Freestyle Wrestling World Cup at Carver Hawkeye Arena. The U.S. team will compete against teams from Cuba, Japan, Georgia, Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. www.worldcupiowacity.com

♦Meltfest 2018 will be March 24 in Rockford, Ill., to celebrate the melting away of winter. The free, family-friendly festival will be downtown at the Prairie Street Brewhouse and surrounding areas. There will be a 5K run, bike ride, live music, ice skating, science and magic shows, and more. Later in the afternoon, there will be adult activities that include beer tastings and more music. www.meltfest.com

♦The Field & Stream/Outdoor Life Deer & Turkey Expo will be April 6-8 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wis. A variety of hunting exhibitors will be on hand, and there will be seminars and a shooting range. http://tinyurl.com/y6vjn5zh

♦Admirers of Frank Lloyd Wright’s architecture may know he designed six hotels, five of which were built. They may not know that just one still exists: the Historic Park Inn in Mason City, Iowa. The hotel offers 27 guest rooms — no two alike — and includes the originally restored Historic Suite. ♦The 27th annual Traditional PowWow and Indian Market will be April 7-8 at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds in Lebanon, Ind. There will be Native American singing and dancing, native crafts, food and more. Camping will be available. http://tinyurl.com/y9l3cvvc

♦The Milwaukee Art Museum is showing the exhibit “Coming Away — Winslow Homer & England” through May 20. The exhibit focuses on the time when the famed artist left the U.S. at the peak of his popularity to live in a remote English village. http://tinyurl.com/y7zh4gpx
