June 11-14: 40th Annual Glenn Miller Festival, Clarinda. The town celebrates its native son with performances by bands from around the world, including the World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra. June 13: Opening of The Richard & Helen DeVos Japanese Garden, Grand Rapids.
