Henry Cavill – who played Superman and his alter ego Clark Kent in 2013’s “Man of Steel” and will reprise his role in the highly anticipated “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” – was spotted hanging out Saturday at The Underground and Paris Club Bistro & Bar’s upstairs club, Studio Paris. He was seen having brunch Sunday at Yolk in Streeterville. Cavill is scheduled to film “Batman v. Superman” in the Chicago area Monday through Nov.14, according to Chicago Film Office director Rich Moskal.

Maybe Cavill should have worn black, thick rimmed glasses if he didn’t want to get recognized. I hear that works.

But chances are Cavill probably didn’t mind too much. Few celebs are more accommodating to photo and autograph requests than Cavill, judging by those who met the British actor while he filmed “Man of Steel” in the Chicago area in 2011 and when he visited in April.

Also spotted Saturday at The Underground: Singer Ne-Yo, Larenz Tate (“Rescue Me”) and the Bears’ Alshon Jeffery.

Supermodel Cindy Crawford and Nigel Barker (“America’s Next Top Model”) dined together Wednesday at Siena Tavern.

Sophia Bush (“Chicago PD”) checked out “Smokefall” at the Goodman Theatre and the “David Bowie Is” exhibit at the Museum of Contemporary Art Oct. 25. Eamonn Walker visited RM Champagne Salon Tuesday. “Chicago Fire” co-star David Eigenberg was spotted Thursday at Nellcote.

Jessica Pimentel (“Orange is the New Black”) watched the rugby match between the New Zealand All Blacks and the USA Eagles Saturday at Soldier Field.
