RG3's Jets Visit May Be For Leverage With Fitzpatrick

Robert Griffin III's tour of the Jets' facility continues.

As Newsday reported, the plan all along was for the former Redskins quarterback to fly to New Jersey on Friday, have dinner with members of the front office and then stay overnight. A source confirmed that his visit was still going on Saturday afternoon.

This certainly sounds promising from Griffin's perspective. But the Jets could also see wining and dining him as a way to gain more leverage in their negotiations with Ryan Fitzpatrick.
