NFL draft scene one of fun inside and out

As the NFL draft gears down in the final four rounds in downtown Chicago, fans will have a little more run of the place on Day 3.

Newly minted NFL players crossed the Auditorium Theatre stage to flashing lights and pop songs on Thursday and Friday, but the venue will serve as a lavish backdrop for fan photos when it opens to the public at 10 a.m. Saturday. Fans also can take the podium at the theater, but the business of announcing draft picks moves fully to Selection Square, the tented space across the street at the entrance to Draft Town in Grant Park.
