The UConn women started their season with an 85-53 win over Ohio State on Sunday to bring their season opener win streak to 23. The game had plenty of bright spots for the Huskies, but also showed a few problems they’ll look to fix moving forward.
On a day where they won by more than 30 points, UConn looked better in some areas than they were expected to be. Despite the blowout win, senior Katie Lou Samuelson said there’s still a lot of room for improvement.
