West Hartford Police Honor Boy Who Dreamed Of Becoming A Police Officer

West Hartford Police dedicated their SWAT room in honor of Marcus Stephens, a 12-year-old boy from Hartford who died from cancer in 2012. Marcus always wanted to be a police officer, specifically a SWAT team police officer, so he could get the bad guys. In 2012, he died after complications from lymphoblastic lymphoma. On Friday, police and Marcus' family joined together for his dedication ceremony at the West Hartford Police Department.
