Jordan Otero Sisson is an award-winning journalist at The Courant, where she has worked since March 2015. Prior to becoming a content editor in 2018, Jordan first covered community news in the towns of East Hartford, South Windsor, Simsbury and Farmington. She also spent time reporting on religion, specifically the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Hartford. A native of Southington, Conn., Jordan holds a degree in communication arts with a journalism concentration from Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio. Prior to the Courant, Jordan was a town reporter at the Republican-American newspaper in Waterbury, Conn. She is a caffeine addict and amateur baker, and lives in Middletown with her husband and infant daughter.
