Mill on the River, 989 Ellington Road, South Windsor, offers a $35.95 prix-fixe menu for parties of up to 8 (larger parties will be offered a Thanksgiving buffet.) Dinner includes a choice of soup or salad, an entrée and a dessert. Capital Grille, 44 Front St., Hartford, will be open Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. In addition to its regular menu, the restaurant will offer slow-roasted turkey with brioche stuffing, French green beans with Marcona almonds and cranberry pear chutney, with mashed potatoes to share, for $36; $15 per child.
