From waffle-cut to shoestring, it’s hard to go wrong with fries. That’s why today is the holiday we all need: National French Fry Day. No matter what your fry preference (crinkle-cut, anyone?), here are some places you can get find special deals for your Fry Day Friday.

BurgerFi

At participating stores, you can get a free regular fry with any purchase. Make sure you mention the offer when you order.

Dunkin’ Donuts

Dunkin’ is celebrating Fry Day Friday in style. With the promotional help of Rebecca Black and Miranda Sings, the company is offering its donut fries in a limited-edition box. The fries are $2 (the same price as usual), and if you’re already stopping in, National Fry Day might be the perfect reason to give them a try.

Fryborg

The fan-favorite food truck will be at New Park Brewery in West Hartford tonight, and while it won’t be giving away free fries, it will be offering some special options.

McDonald’s

Those Golden Arches might shine a little brighter when you learn you can get a medium fry for $1 using the chain’s app. MSN is reporting this deal will run every Friday through the rest of the year, but if you’re a fan of fast-food fries, you might as well get started today.

Mooyah

While local stores didn’t report any special deals, USA Today is reporting that you can get free fries by downloading the company’s app.

Red Robin

Red Robin treats every day like it’s national fry day with their bottomless fries. Order anything that comes with a side of fries, and you can keep the fries coming to your table for your entire visit.

Taco Bell

It might not be the first place you think of when you’re craving fries, but Taco Bell brought back its Nacho Fries just in time for National Fry Day. It doesn’t appear there are any deals on them, but people were heartbroken when these left the menu originally. Try them for yourself and see if they’re worth the hype.

Wayback Burgers

Purchasing a burger or a sandwich at Wayback will earn you free bottomless fries at Wayback. If you’re also a milkshake fan, you’re in luck: Shakes are half-price between 2 and 4 p.m.
