Eat your way through Connecticut’s mobile restaurant scene this summer. Food truck festivals are popping up all over the state, with events happening virtually every weekend. Here are some of the highlights:

>>Eastern States Exposition, 1305 Memorial Ave., West Springfield, hosts an International Food Fest May 26 to 30, with global cuisine representing 50-plus countries. Food trucks and vendors include samplings of Tibetan, Brazilian, Jamaican, Filipino, Polish, Caribbean and Indian dishes. Tickets are $10 or $5 with a 2015 Big E ticket stub; $5 for students, $3 for seniors 63 and older and free for children 12 and under. Multiday packages are available. kfestfoodfest.com.

>> Powder Ridge Mountain Park and Resort, 99 Powder Hill Road, Middlefield, hosts the first Ridge Food Truck Fest May 28 and 29 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. each day. The event features a sampling of local food trucks and vendors, chair lift rides, live music and family movie screenings. Participating trucks include Mercado, Whey Station, NoRA Cupcake, Szabo’s Seafood, Spuds Your Way, Shoreline Prime and Get Your Irish On. >> The Race Brook School sponsors the RBS Food Truck Festival on May 27 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Orange Fairgrounds, 525 Orange Center Road, Orange. Live music, kids’ activities, and bites from Get Your Irish On, Zuppardi’s Pizza, Shoreline Prime, and more. facebook.com/events/1673026842952555.

>>The Milford Food Truck Festival runs May 28 and 29 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m at Eisenhower Park, 725 North St., Milford, with more than 20 food trucks, 100 local vendors, and kids’ activities. >>The 2016 New Haven Food Truck Festival takes place June 4 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Long Wharf Park in New Haven. The event will also include beer stations by Thomas Hooker Brewing Company, a dragon boat regatta and live music. >>Food Truck Fest Westfield Meriden takes place June 4 and 5 at the Westfield Meriden mall, 470 Lewis Ave., Meriden, featuring more than 25 food trucks and live entertainment. Hours are 2 to 9 p.m. Saturday and noon to p.m. Sunday. facebook.com/USFOODTRUCKFEST.

>>The New England Food Truck Affair in Guilford is June 18 and 19 at the Guilford Fair Grounds (111 Lovers Lane, Guilford), featuring bites by Big Country BBQ Pit, The Pickle Place, The Tiki Hut, and more. >>The Barnum’s Food Truck Fest at Seaside Park, 1 Barnum Dyke, Bridgeport, is June 25 and 26, and features food trucks, live music, a beer garden, and rides. >>Buckland Hills Mall Food Truck Fest, 194 Buckland Hills Drive, Manchester, rolls into town July 2 from 1 to 10 p.m., featuring 20 gourmet food trucks, costumed kids characters, a live DJ, and fireworks. Free. facebook.com/events/613919498762169.

>>The New England Food Truck Festival runs July 23 and 24 at the Eastern States Fairgound, 875 Memorial Ave., West Springfield, with more than 60 food trucks.
