Rob Maffucci of Vito’s Restaurants hosts a fall harvest dinner at his family’s South Windsor farm Sept. 25 at 5:30 p.m.
Courses include seasonal antipasti; roasted parsnip and white chocolate soup; caprese salad; pasta with pumpkin, diced tomato and pancetta; main course of stuffed pork loin or grilled salmon with herb butter; and dessert, which also features a Scotch and cigar tent. Each will be paired with local wine.
