Vito's By The Water Hosts Wine And Chocolate Dinner

An all-chocolate and wine dinner at @VitosRestaurant Feb. 25

It's a chocoholic oenophile's dream: Vito's By The Water in Windsor hosts a wine and chocolate dinner on Feb. 25, with five courses of chocolate or cocoa-infused dishes. 

The menu: 

Chocolate chorizo crostini with Nutella, sour cheese and pickled apple (with Cava Avinyo Brut) 

Chocolate and chile butternut squash soup (with Huia Pinot Gris 2013) 

Chocolate fettuccini with peas and pancetta (with Ca'Rossa Nebbiolo 2013 DOC) 

Cocoa and chile-encrusted rack of lamb with a strawberry balsamic sauce, served with quinoa (with Jaffurs Syrah 2012)

Chocolate mousse (white, dark and milk chocolate) with Vinedo de los Vientos Alcyone
