Powder Hollow Brewery, which just celebrated its one-year anniversary in Enfield, presents two nights of farm-to-table beer dinners with Clark Farms at Bushy Hill Orchard Nov. 30 and Dec. 1. Each night features a four-course meal prepared by the farm's chefs, paired with Powder Hollow brews.
Spicy sweet chili chicken crostini with garlic seasoned bread and Griffin Farmstead mozzarella, paired with Powder Hollow Pale Ale
Chopped salad with mandarin orange and feta cheese, paired with West Coast Style IPA
Braised short ribs with root vegetables, barbecue au jus, Griffin Farmstead cheese curds and cauliflower puree, paired with Early Morning oatmeal stout
Cider doughnut bread pudding with golden raisins, caramel sauce and CT maple syrup whipped cream, paired with Caffeination Station espresso porter
