Coming off a September event with Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits, Oak Haven Table & Bar again partners with a brewery for a special brunch. Vermont's Otter Creek is the featured beer on Nov. 14, with a sweet and savory a la carte menu infused with various brews.
Featured dishes include various Benedicts with beer-poached eggs, French toast nugs made with Wolaver's coffee porter, beer-cheese poutine made with Backseat Berner IPA, shrimp and cheddar grits and Funyun-battered chicken and waffles with chili maple drizzle. Menu items are $5 to $20. (See menu here.) Otter Creek brews will also factor into beer-based cocktails like a Michelada with housemade Bloody Mary mix, a "beermosa" with fresh-squeezed OJ and a shandy with lemonade.
