Chef-owner Tyler Anderson plans a spin on Chinese takeout, with courses like "crab rang-uni," foie gras and rice with Fuzzy Baby Ducks sauce and General Tso's sweetbreads. Beer pairings include Weiss Trash, Fat Ten-er #18, Supernaut, Premeditated Murder (2013) and Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout.
