Max Chef to Farm Hosts First Moo & Brew Festival

Taste craft beers paired with hometown cuisine at @MaxRestGroup "Moo & Brew" Jul. 12

Travel the country with themed beer and food tastings at Max Chef to Farm's first "Moo & Brew" festival July 12, held at Rosedale Farms & Vineyards in Simsbury from 4 to 8 p.m.

The menu features craft beers paired with signature dishes from each brewery's hometown or state, including:

Full Sail Brewing of Hood River, Ore.: Charcuterie plate
Ballast Point Brewing of San Diego: Surf tacos
Oskar Blues Brewing of Longmont, Colo.: Pork green chili
Goose Island Brewing of Chicago: Chicago-style dogs
Abita Brewing of Abita Springs, Louisiana: muffaletta
Victory Brewing of Downingtown, Penn.: Cheesesteaks
New England Brewing of Woodbridge, Conn.: Burgers on toast
Allagash Brewing of Portland, Maine: Lobster rolls
