The Brazil-inspired menu will be paired with cachaca cocktails. Menu highlights include caramelized salmon with guava glaze, palm heart salad, avocado and jalapeno vinaigrette; grilled squid and octopus with moqueca baiana broth, dende oil, sweet peppers and coconut milk; churrasco with pork belly-wrapped beef tenderloin, linguica, farofa, black bean sauce and chimichurri, and passionfruit crepe cake with ripe strawberries and toasted coconut.
