Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 44 South Main St., West Hartford, hosts a cocktail dinner Nov. 8 at 6:30 p.m.
The menu features steak tartare with black garlic aioli and Parmesan crostini, burrata salad with blistered tomato, prosciutto and basil pesto; pan-seared duck breast with sweet potato puree, roasted oyster mushrooms and Bing cherry mostarda; filet mignon with shrimp and potato pierogi, sauteed garlic broccolini and Bordelaise sauce and a red, white and blue bread pudding for dessert, with fresh berries, raspberry sauce and whipped cream. Each course is paired with a signature drink.
