Barcelona Wine Bar Hosts Dinner At Newington's Eddy Farm

Tapas, paella and sangria on the farm with @BarcelonaWineBa Aug. 27

Barcelona Wine Bar hosts a dinner with its West Hartford executive chef Eric Stagl at Newington’s Eddy Farm Aug. 27 at 5:30 p.m.

The meal includes tapas (pickled beet and pistachio pinxtos, corn croquetas, tomato and corn bruschetta, chicken liver mousse montaditos, avocado toast) and courses of Eddy Farm heirloom tomato gazpacho with cucumber and smoked king salmon; crispy pork belly with corn polenta, beets, apples and basil; farm vegetable paella grande and summer berry trifle. Courses are paired with wines and sangrias.
