Hopkins Vineyard, 25 Hopkins Road, New Preston, hosts its sixth annual wine and cheese festival Oct. 24 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The event features samplings of locally-made artisan and farmstead cheeses, local wines and hard ciders, crafts and live music. Participating wineries include Hopkins, Sunset Meadow Vineyards, White Silo Winery, Jones Winery and Averill Farm Hard Cider and Apple Wine.
Vendors include Cato Corner Farm, Plum Brook Chocolate, Holly Shannon Jewelry Designs, Oak Leaf Dairy, Sandman Gifts, Rustic Home Goods, Woolen It Be Nice, Two Fish Soap, Seaside Sea Glass Jewelry, Bela Kortisa, Pampered Chef, Savor Cookies, Winding Drive Jams, The Peddlers Corner, The Olive Oil Factory, Temptery Chocolate, Celeste Scarves, Linda Banks Glass Arts, BuonCello Italian Liqueurs, The Cheesy Smoke House, Cabot Cheese, Cider Mill Designs and Savor Cookies.
