The menu features hors d'oeuvres of fresh summer rolls, meatball satay with peanut sauce, escargot with lemongrass and coconut and crispy crab and yam tots, paired with Black Hog's Disco Pig Kyuri Saki Biru.
Other courses include crispy pork head salad with green papaya (paired with The Hop Collective Lemon Drop), littleneck clams with tamarind broth and ground Chinese sausage (Easy Rye'Da rye session IPA,) red curry confit chicken with egg noodles and coconut milk (Ginja Ninja IPA), sea bass with sambal, turmeric and lobster (S.W.A.G. summer wheat ale) and warm banana cake with coconut gelato, roasted pineapple and peanut (Disco Pig #2.1, a barrel-aged Brett golden sour.)
