Oyster Club in Mystic plans a schedule of monthly Sunday Supper Series, beginning Oct. 26 at 6:30 p.m. with a Meet The Farmers Harvest Dinner.
The first dinner in the series features a vegetarian menu with organic produce by Valchris Farm, Hunt's Brook, Hidden Brook Gardens and Provider Farm, along with drink pairings. Other events include a "whole hog" pork dinner on Nov. 30; a grower champagne dinner with foie gras and black truffles on Dec. 28; a beer dinner with Beer'd Brewing of Stonington Jan. 25; an artisan beer, bread and cheese dinner Feb. 22; a Chef's Table dinner with Tyler Anderson of Millwright's Mar. 29; a "pig and oyster" menu Apr. 26 and "The Art of the Cocktail" on May 31.
