Max Burger Hosts Relic Brewing Dinner

After the first event sold out, Max Burger in West Hartford hosts a second Relic Brewing dinner March 26 at 6 p.m. with guest speaker Mark Sigman, owner of the Plainville brewery.

Courses include fluke and fries, steamed bao bun with foie gras, smoked rack lamb chop, beef cheeks with poblano mole and local "stinky and non-stinky" cheeses to finish. Relic beer pairings include The Fletcher American Pale Ale, Clockwork Session IPA, Ryepocolypse Imperial Rye Stout, Queen Anne's Revenge porter and Bier de Noel winter ale.
