More than 53,000 kids signed up last year when the program was first offered at no cost. Kids who enrolled in Kid Nation last year will automatically be re-enrolled for the 2016 season. Parents can enroll their children here. Kid Nation partnered with Hood to make the free membership possible.
The Red Sox also teamed up with Selfeo to offer "Student 9's". That means high school and college students with an ID can get a $9 ticket to the standing room section.
New this year, a look-a-like dugout that will show a variation of 360 videos of what it's like to be a Red Sox player. Thanks to T-Mobile, you may spot a mobile truck traveling around New England. The 15 foot vehicle will have removable panels that mimic the Green Monster Wall. Fans will have access to a batting cage and virtual dugout and pitching stations!
Just a reminder, the team invites families to enter the ballpark through Gate 'K' for kids! Wally's Clubhouse is located there, in the Kids Concourse. That will be open during home games between the 3rd and 7th innings! Be on the lookout for Tessie, she's Wally's sister, introduced back in January!
