I stopped making New Year's Resolutions years ago.
For me, it was like saying I was going on a diet. It just wasn't going to happen. Not that I don't like to sometimes make necessary changes. I just don't enjoy the added pressure or date on a calendar to remind me that I need to do something differently. I would just rather make changes if/when the time is right.
That being said, I thought these New Year's Resolutions for Moms are great, well-meaning ideas that will be good for everyone!
