DC Eagle Cam

Just this morning, I told you about the #dceaglecam!

That's where a pair of mated bald eagles named "Mr. President" and "The First Lady" were expecting a second egg to hatch. The first baby started hatching Wednesday evening and came out of its shell Friday morning. The second egg hatched around noon today! Check out the 24 hour web cam to watch the birds in action! The Bald Eagles are in a Tulip Poplar tree at the U.S. National Arboretum, a place operated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. This is the first time a pair of Bald Eagles has nested there since 1947. For updates related to the Bald Eagles, be sure to check out the hashtag #dceaglecam on twitter or follow the U.S.D.A. @USDA.
