Starting today, you can expect to see Amber Alerts in your news feed.
Facebook is working with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children so information about a missing child will pop up on the timelines of it's 185 million U.S. users.
The social media site will automatically "geographically pinpoint the alerts so they appear in timelines of Facebook users who are near the search area." Users won't have to sign up for the service and the alert will include buttons for user to share the information with their friends.
