I dread mealtime.
Really. The planning, shopping, cooking and cleaning related to daily dinners? Just not my thing.

I make it with ground turkey...and it's one of those dishes where you add a little of this and a little of that until the consistency seems right...you don't have to stick strictly to the recipe.
