Though co-creator and illustrator <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PEHST001211" title="David Lloyd" href="/topic/arts-culture/david-lloyd-PEHST001211.topic">David Lloyd</a> was pleased with the film, writer/co-creater Alan Moore kept his distance and requested his name be removed from the credits.  While it may not pack the same punch as the graphic novel, this Wachowski Bros. helmed adapatation had some strong moments, mostly delivered by the fantastic Hugo "Agent Smith" Weaving.
