"Django Unchained" turned into Oscar gold for Quentin Tarantino. The writer/director snagged his second Best Original Screenplay, he also won for "Pulp Fiction." At one point the music started to swell, signalling it was time to go, but Tarantino works on his own clock and kept talking, stopping the music. He ended his speech proclaiming this the year of the writer, citing all of the great scripts that were also nominated.
