For those of us with a natural potty mouth, live TV is a dangerous place. An obscene slip of the tongue can land you with a fine from the FCC or a pink slip. On comedian Jenny Slate's first episode of "Saturday Night Live," she slipped about the worst word imaginable for a censor, slipping in a not-so-subtle f-bomb. Slate seemed to be spared the guillotine, enjoying a full season on the show with a few break out skits -- until they decided not to renew her contract.
