Clark Duke, 'The Office'

It's not like we won't miss seeing Mindy Kaling on "The Office," because we will. But one of the reasons we're still looking forward to the ninth and final season of the show (premiering Thursday, Sept. 20 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC) is the fact that Clark Duke will be playing one of the guys hired to replace Kelly Kapoor and deal with the aftermath of her not having ever done her job well, at all. You probably know Duke from "Greek," where he played nerdy engineering student Dale, or as John Cusack's nephew in "Hot Tub Time Machine," but he also starred with (and frequently upstaged) Michael Cera in the very funny web series "Clark and Michael" a few years back. And a few more years back? He was one of John Ritter's kids on "Hearts Afire."

All of which is to say, Duke knows from comedy, and his deadpan delivery should fit in very nicely with "The Office."
