Friday: Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival

Of the more-than-60 feature films, shorts and documentaries opening the 15th Annual Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival, how do you not want to see a movie called "Who's Afraid of Vagina Wolf?" It's simple, people: You don't. You see it and you don't ask questions. MGLFF's slate of LGBT-friendly fare, opening Friday night and running through May 5, also includes the unmissable Southeast premiere of Jeffrey Schwarz's documentary "I Am Divine," about the flamboyant cult star and fearless muse of John Waters' movies. Actor James Franco will be on hand Saturday to accept an HBO Latin America Ally Award for his career accomplishments. Franco's newest film, "Interior. Leather Bar" makes its Southeast premiere at 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Miami Beach's Colony Theatre. $7-$12. 305-751-6305 or Gay and Lesbian Film Festival/Courtesy
