The remnants from Florence brought a general 1 to 3 inches of rainfall to Connecticut on Tuesday, with 0.96 inches at Bradley Airport and 1.94 inches in Bridgeport. High pressure will be settling in to the region on Wednesday with a mixture of clouds and some sunshine and high temperatures in the 70s, the dew point will be dropping back into the 50s by evening. Partly sunny skies on Thursday with highs in the 70s and the dew point in the comfortable 50s. A frontal system could trigger a few late-day showers or sprinkles by Friday afternoon and Friday night.
