Dig Out - Made it to Mass

Many churches were closed today after a record two-day snowfall, but St. Mary's of the Assumption Church on <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="BLKLT000942" title="York Road" href="/topic/york-road/BLKLT000942.topic">York Road</a> in <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100603011200" title="Govans" href="/topic/us/maryland/baltimore-county/baltimore/govans-PLGEO100100603011200.topic">Govans</a> held its scheduled services today. The new pastor, Father Raymond Harris, left, distributes communion to <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB002750" title="William Kelly" href="/topic/entertainment/william-kelly-PECLB002750.topic">William Kelly</a>, 14, and his sister Nora, 13, at right. Father Harris said two people came to the 8 a.m. Mass, and for this 10 a.m. Mass, about 15 attended. Normally they would have about 130 or more in attendance for the second Mass.
