The kayaking adventure lasts approximately 3 to 3.5 hours and is $145 for ages 10 and up.
Another option that will get you close to wildlife but without actually getting in the water is the Jet-Cat Wildlife Quest and Beach Exploration. The catamaran adventure takes guests in a search for whales, sea otters and brown bears, among other Alaskan wildlife. Guests will have the option of taking in the sights from the open deck or from a cabin on the catamaran, all while an expert naturalist acts as their guide.
The tour will lead passengers to a remote Sitka island where guests can explore, before re-boarding the ship for departure and enjoying snacks and beverages. The adventure lasts 3.5 to 4 hours and costs $189 for ages 10 and up and $179 for ages 6 to 9.
The Sitka Culture, National Park and Raptor Center port adventure lets guests explore three popular destinations in Sitka -- the Alaska Raptor Center, the Sitka National Historical park and the Tlingit Clan house for an educational and entertaining heritage experience.
This port adventure is available for all ages and costs $69 for ages 10 and up and $49 for ages 3 to 9. Children 2 and under are free.
