Universal Studios: Rock the Universe lineup includes Lecrae, Switchfoot, Casting Crowns, Chris Tomlin

Universal Orlando has unveiled the lineup for Rock the Universe, its annual Christian-music festival at Universal Studios theme park.

The two-night event will feature Switchfoot, Chris Tomlin, Crowder, Tenth Avenue North, Family Force 5, Colton Dixon and Kyle Sherman on Friday, Sept. 6

The lineup will include Casting Crowns, Jesus Culture, Lecrae, Relient K, Red, Everfound and Crave on Saturday, Sept. 7.

Performing live both nights in the Fan Zone will be Dara McClean, OBB and Love & the Outcome. The Fan Zone also will be the home for autograph sessions, merchandise and karaoke.

Universal's Rock Your Weekend Ticket, which includes both nights of concerts plus three days at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, will sell for $113.99. It must be purchased by Aug. 30. A one-night concert ticket will be $54.99; a two-night concert ticket will be $79.99.

Various attractions remain open during the event. One of those, Universal says, will be Transformers: The Ride -- 3D, which is scheduled to open sometime this summer.
