'Frozen' characters moving from Epcot to Magic Kingdom next month

Walt Disney World visitors wanting to meet Anna and Elsa, the lead characters of Disney blockbuster movie "Frozen," soon will go to Magic Kingdom instead of Epcot.

Staring April 22, the duo, who have inspired hours-long waits in the Norway pavilion in Epcot, will take up residence at Princess Fairytale Hall, which opened last year in the shadow of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom.

That location has the new FastPass+, which will allow some guests to make advance reservations to meet the "Frozen" sisters and other Disney royals.

Elsa and Anna will appear together daily until early evening, when other princesses will move in. Cinderella and Rapunzel will continue making appearances at Princess Fairytale Hall, Disney says.

"Frozen," released in November, has taken in more than a billion dollars at the box office worldwide.
