Las Vegas: Spring arrives at Bellagio's botanical gardens
Spending all your time inside playing the slot machines? No need to miss out on the change of seasons. Bellagio's Conservatory and Botanical Gardens has put on its spring outfit to make the transition. The floral display is open 24 hours and is free. By the time that exhibit ends in May, nearly 83,000 flowers -- they're changed out weekly -- will have graced the conservatory.

A cherry blossom tree 35 feet high and 42 feet in diameter forms the centerpiece of the springtime display. The treehouse nestled in its branches serves as the stage for musical performances from 5-6 p.m. daily. At 10:30 a.m. daily, a pair of experts dubbed Mr. and Mrs. Green Thumb spend an hour providing gardening tips and answering questions about the astounding attraction.
