Rehearsing in a gallery
Tigran Alikhanov, director of the Moscow Conservatory of Music, rehearses alone in a gallery at the William Benton Museum of Art on the Storrs-UConn campus about an hour before the start of solo concert on Dec. 11, 2005. Alikhanov performed selections from Beethoven, Schumman and Mussorgsky for the occasional "Music on a Sunday Afternoon" series at the museum.
