As airlines continue to put the squeeze on, exit row seats are increasingly important to an enjoyable flight.

The folks over at have put together a helpful, enlightening and vaguely maddening airline-by-airline guide to snagging those seats. It includes a few depressing truths and witty insights that make it worth a read, like this: "Want to feel like a second-class citizen? Fly Alaska without status. (Hope you enjoy the middle seat, all the way to Anchorage!)" Find it here.
