Penguins are cool.
Literally, of course, acclimating to their new habitat at SeaWorld Orlando's 'Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin,' chilled to a bottom-of-the-world, sub-freezing 30 degrees. But the birds of SeaWorld's newest attraction are also currently the hippest, in-demand animals in the park, creating a worldwide buzz in advance of Friday's much-anticipated grand opening.
During an exclusive, first-look preview for Team Florida360, I had the unique opportunity to photograph the laid-back stars of 'Antarctica' in their massive new home, a spectacularly-themed rocky outcrop featuring the jabbering colony of more than 250 penguins of various species, including rockhoppers, kings, gentoos and adelies.
