San Diego's Biggest Kids' Halloween Celebration Heads to Los Angeles for a Day with Giant LEGO® Jack-o-Lantern, Ticket Giveaways and Live Entertainment!

WHAT:LEGOLAND® California is bringing its annual Brick-or-Treat Halloween celebration to Los Angeles! And it's not a trick, but rather a treat that the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is receiving from the family theme park on Tuesday, Oct. 4 when members of the Park's Brick-or-Treat "Boo Crew" present a $10,000 check to the nonprofit organization at a Wendy's in Pico Rivera. The donation is being made to the Foundation in honor of their efforts in helping foster children find permanent homes.

The public is invited to join in the sneak peek of Brick-or-Treat featuring the world's largest LEGO jack-o-lantern – a 7-foot-wide, 850 pound jack-o-lantern built of more than 22,000 DUPLO® bricks; several LEGO® "Brick-or-treaters"; and entertainment from the Brick-or-Treat "Boo Crew" including a stilt-walking Count Brickula, unicyclist and globe walker.

For another opportunity to join in on the fun, the Brick-or-Treat tour will be making a stop at the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Hollywood's number one iconic attraction is home to an upcoming Halloween screen festival and starting Oct. 4, introduces Hollywood's only reserved movie seats at no extra charge. For more information, visit:

The first 200 people to arrive in costume (adults or children) at either location will be given complimentary tickets to Brick-or-Treat at LEGOLAND, taking place every weekend in October!

Brick-or-Treat takes place every Saturday and Sunday in October at LEGOLAND California. And SEA LIFE™ Carlsbad Aquarium, next door to LEGOLAND, gets into the spirit with its own Brick-or-Treat Trail Bonus station and a special storytelling from underwater that finishes with an underwater pumpkin carving.

Every Saturday in October from 5 to 9 p.m. the family theme park is transformed into a not-too-spooky Halloween haven for Brick-or-Treat Party Nights featuring ghoulish activities like costume contests, dance contests, a pumpkin patch building event and nighttime trick-or-treating on one of two Brick-or-Treat Trails. The animated light show "Spirits of Halloween" takes place after sundown and the evening is capped off with fireworks at 9 p.m.
