A Madison County Circuit Court judge reimposed Portwood’s sentence, which stems from a drug arrest in December.
However, in late May, the 22-year-old Anderson native left the treatment program and asked the judge to be sent to prison instead.
Portwood is expected to be transported to a reception diagnostic center, where she will processed, interviewed and evaluated for two weeks. There, officials will determine which prison she will be sent to.
According to TMZ, the judge said he would refer Portwood to the Indiana Department of Corrections therapeutic community program.
