One website thinks Dr. Tony Bennett could be tapped as secretary of education.

The "Education Week" article listed the state superintendent of public instruction as a possible candidate. The reasoning here is that Bennett has been highly visible on education issues, and has many supporters in the Republican Party.

Some of the other candidates listed in the article included Jeb Bush and Tim Pawlenty.
