Sentencing day for Rutgers student who spied on gay roommate

The Rutgers University student accused of spying on his roommate will be sentenced today.

20-year-old Dharun Ravi was found guilty of invasion of privacy and bias intimidation in March. Ravi used a webcam to spy and record Tyler Clementi kissing another man. Clementi committed suicide shortly after the incident in September 2010.

Ravi could face up to 10 years in prison. He may also be deported to India.
